This program features calisthenics and weight training exercises in a variety of formats designed to turn you into a fat burning machine. Regressions are provided for those with less experience. Be prepared to challenge yourself.
Now we all know that Spider-Man has to eat thousands of calories per day in order to fight crime for hours at a time. That's why there are no counting calories or macros. No starving yourself either. If you want a shredded Spider-Man physique you simply need to eliminate inflammatory foods.
This program will help you build conscious eating habits and to not feel burdened by your diet.
Most workout programs leave out the most crucial piece - lifestyle.
What are you doing between your workouts? Between your meals? Elite Spider X includes daily lifestyle goals that will leave you feeling happy, fulfilled, mobile, and fit.
This program is bodyweight and weightlifting. You will need a set of dumbbells, a few resistance bands (we will have days where we need some bands) and you will need access to a pull-up bar to train your back and abs.
Or if you're a Beginner then you will definitely need a rubber resistance band to properly regress or modify certain exercises.
Elite Spider X utilizes a specific style of training that is meant to cause EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption). This means that the specific exercises and the intensity of the workout has forced you to consume more oxygen which increases your metabolic rate for 24 hours or more.

DAY 1:
Workout: Push/Pull (Targeting/Hitting Chest, Back, Triceps,
Biceps, Shoulders and Core.)

lower body such as quads, calves, hamstrings, glutes, adductors etc..)
DAY 3:
Workout: Recovery and Mobility (This is your active repair day which means you'll
be stretching out those sore muscles after those intense workouts.)
DAY 4:
Workout: Shoulders & Arms (Weight training at its finest! Were going to be
hitting our upper body with a whole variety of exercises included with weights.)
DAY 5:
Rest Day (Take a day to relax and rest those muscles)
DAY 6:
Workout: Endurance & Agility (This will test your intensity level and help you burn fat as you build endurance and agility in this intense, heart-pounding workout that leaves no muscle untouched.)

Absolutely! Every exercise in these programs demonstrates how to regress the movement to make it fit your level. Beginners will need a resistance band to assist their training.
The pieces of equipment you will need is access to a pull-up bar, a set of dumbbells, or if you don't have those, then you can use a resistance band for the time being. But a pull-up bar is mandatory for this program, the doorway kind is fine or you can go to a gym, local park, etc. Also a rubber resistance band is suggested for all levels but required for beginners.
